Our Client Service Trainees hold an important role in our company as they are the first encounter any customer has with our team members. We are looking for a Client Service Trainee who radiates eagerness, confidence, willingness to learn, and is attentive. The Client Service Trainee who joins our team will be a part of a diverse team environment, supporting and assisting in the growth of an even more diverse market. We are looking for our Client Service Trainee to be adaptable in any situation presented and to not be afraid to ask questions to increase their knowledge and skill base.
The Client Service Trainee will be able to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients, assist in the process of all sales conducted, and have the opportunity to develop into leadership roles. Fostering relationships is an important part of this position to maintain current customers as well as the inquiry of any potential new ones.
What the Client Service Trainee will do on a daily basis:
- Serve as the go-to person for any of our customers and build upon professional relationships
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services our clients offer
- Manage any inquiries from our customers to execute and conduct the sale
- Providing information to customers about any offerings that would best fit their needs
- Work within a team environment
- Conduct any and all general compliance tasks when performing a sale
- Attend meetings to stay up to date on the latest client training sessions

- Prior experience working in a customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or related field
- Comfortable working in a front-facing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Capability to show confidence when working with new product knowledge in front of customers
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Consistently looking to take on more responsibility and wondering how to continuously improve skills
