Quality Review Engineer

Job Description QREs review incoming QNs (Quality Notifications) that are submitted by Pratt & Whitney’s suppliers for accuracy and completeness. This involves a review of all of the content of the QN, and any associated supplemental data, and verifying that defects are reported in a consistent and complete manner. An ability to work independently and general computer proficiency is needed, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with blueprint reading and general GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is also required. Familiarity with SAP is preferred, but not required. Coverage may include weekend shifts or second shift.
