Job Description You Will: • Provide leadership to local OSP engineering/filed techs teams and other global Cyient engineering and delivery teams working on multiple projects. • Oversee and coordinate with team members to achieve maximum success and efficiency in delivery of engineering designs, field surveys, and other OSP projects. • Identify and deploy necessary resources to accomplish work while managing the stability of the project and customer account. • Review, understand, and explain multiple telecom deployment technologies (FTTP, FTTN, HFC, CATV, Small Cell, etc), telecom terminology, and the various telecom infrastructure environments (aerial, buried, underground, wireless). • Communicate project and account status to senior management, customers, and other partners. • Develop and strengthen relationships with our customers and partners. • Pro-actively identify potential project risk factors, communicate these with our partners, and work with team members to address and resolve them. You'll Need: • Minimum 10 years of OSP Engineering required. • Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership/supervisory position. • Minimum 5 year of experience in Right-of-Way, easement or local permitting requirements. • Flexibility for travel up to 25% is required.
