- Provide patient care in a labor and delivery setting for neonates/infants and adults.
- Perform labor procedures including vaginal births and C-sections.
- Manage complex cases such as multiple births, postpartum hemorrhage, and pregnancy-induced hypertension.
- Utilize Epic systems (required) along with Pyxis and SBAR.
- Maintain a 1:1-2 nurse-to-patient ratio, supporting an average daily census of 15 in a 16-bed labor and delivery unit.
- Adhere to RTO policies with a maximum of 7 days off.
- Work required weekend shifts and holiday coverage as needed.
- Engage in floating within the facility if required.
- Comply with full compliance protocols to ensure an on-time start. Additional Requirements:
