We are looking for Data Modeler for our client in Orlando, FL

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Data Modeling for Financial Services platform.
- Create Logical and Physical Data Models based on data in existing systems and new business requirements.
- Enhance the Canonical Data Model for the Enterprise.
- Work with the development teams in deploying and populating the physical data model.
- Provide direction and support for the data consumption services.
- Implement the data model enhancements.
- Work with various development teams to provide an understanding of the data and the data model.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required, advanced degree is preferred.
- Fifteen (15 ) years of data modeling, database design and development or related experience is required.
- Experience in the Securities or Financial Services industry.
- Required Qualifications: (Most important to least).
- Experience modeling Financial data.
- Good knowledge of Financial Accounts, Transactions and Positions data.
- Hands-on experience with any RDBMS, preferably MS SQL Server or Oracle.
- Good SQL knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good Problem Solving & Analytical Skills.
- Work experience in Financial Services.
- Preferred Qualifications: (Most important to least).
- Experience writing ANSI SQL code.
- Experience with a scripting language, preferably Python.
- Experience working with Cloud native databases.
