- Designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps pipelines and workflows that support our software development and delivery processes, which will increase our speed, quality, and reliability.
- Establishing and enforcing DevOps standards, policies, and procedures that ensure quality, security, and compliance, which will reduce our risks, costs, and waste.
- Leading and mentoring our team members in DevOps skills and practices, which will boost our competence, confidence, and collaboration.
- Collaborating and communicating with other teams and stakeholders to align DevOps goals and strategies, which will improve our customer satisfaction and business value.
