- Schematic capture and PCB design (mixed signal), Xpedition preferred.
- Design for EMI/EMC.
- Design review processes.
- Configuration management.
- Knowledge sharing – willing to learn and ready to teach.
- Occasional domestic travel.
- Technical interaction with vendors such as board vendors.
- Comfortable taking the lead on tasks, with appropriate support.
- Drives communication – asks questions, raises issues early with proposed solutions.
- Prefers (and can demonstrate examples of) receiving high level goals and can break these down into a plan and path of atomic deliverables that yields success.
- Provides and can execute on ideas to manage technical risks.
