WHAT WE NEED…CAD Technician

Someone that will assist on all aspects of fire protection documentation working within a multi-discipline

project team of architects and engineers. You will also be a part of fire protection production, such as drafting,

3D computer modeling, and maintaining project files. Along with a team player that will own their assigned

tasks and be self-motivated to complete them while being open to helping other team members in a highly

fluid environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO…CAD Technician

Nothing is ‘routine’ here. Every day brings a new measure of excitement and professional challenge.

Assist designers with production of computer models, drafting, hydraulic calculations, and reports

Travel local and nationally for the purposes of documenting existing conditions and conducting fire

hydrant flow test of building sites.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE…CAD Technician

We’re looking for self-starters and eager learners. Beyond that, you’ll need…

Strong knowledge of 3D modeling and hydraulic calculation software including AutoSPRINK and Revit

(AutoCAD, Solidworks, HydroCAD, SprinkCAD, and HASS are transferable)

Working knowledge of Deltek Vision, Newforma, Smartsheet, and SharePoint is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to facilitate work flow in a team environment

Must be able to lift 50lbs
