Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Oversight: Ensure timely and accurate processing of DTC, private placements, and cash settlements.
- Problem Solver: Monitor daily activities, resolve discrepancies, and proactively prevent future issues.
- Corporate Action Specialist: Gather and share critical information on corporate actions, staying ahead of upcoming events.
- Efficiency Innovator: Develop and enhance procedures to boost efficiency and minimize operational risk.
- Collaborative Leader: Work closely with portfolio management, finance, and legal teams to optimize processes.
- Relationship Builder: Liaise with custodians and brokers to swiftly resolve discrepancies.
- Project Driver: Lead initiatives to enhance settlement systems and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 years of settlements experience, with a strong understanding of private placements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical ability to identify issues and develop action plans.
- Knowledge of corporate action events and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Aladdin, Bloomberg, and DTCC (CTM and Alert) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
