QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Demonstrate proficiency in general office management and procedures
3. Demonstrate proficiency in applied technology (Microsoft Office suite, Google Drive)
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have a high level of professionalism and integrity regarding employment records, student records and departmental issues.
5. Must be self-motivated, possess the ability to work under pressure, able to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively. 6. Operate ten key by touch with accuracy and speed preferred
7. Competency on CFISD proficiency test (Score of 85 or above) preferred. Please scroll down to Requirements.

250 days
SALARY/PAYGRADE:
$35,530 - CP5
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year 2022-2023
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Work as part of a team to contribute to the success of the CFISD athletic program.
2. Assist with the coordination of all district-wide athletic events and contests.
3. Work with staff members to coordinate and process payment for officials and workers for all sporting events.
4. Obtain and schedule workers for athletic events held at both C-F FCU and Pridgeon Stadiums.
5. Facilitate and process deposits of game revenue for district athletic events.
6. Process travel reports for all travel associated with athletic team tournament participation.
7. Maintain spreadsheets for entry fees for teams that participate in district athletic tournaments.
8. Complete UIL playoff game reports for teams that compete in the state playoffs.
9. Assists with ticket sales for district-wide and campus based activities.
10.Process out of district travel requests for CFISD coaches and athletes. Work with campus to reconcile travel reports on return to the district.
11.Assist the assistant athletic directors with the execution of their duties and responsibilities.
12.Answer and respond to incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff.
13.Ensure that customer service skills are evident in daily communication, including telephone calls, e-mails and face-to-face interactions.
14.Assist with making meeting arrangements for department activities including preparing materials, scheduling and setting up facilities, and arranging equipment.
15.Assisting with retrieving and distributing office mail.
16.Maintain confidentiality of information.
17.Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
18.Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
