  • 4-5 years of Restaurant experience
  • Knowledge of Food and Wine

  • People Skills - Must be able to maintain an upbeat mood, and connect with our guests and staff.

  • Timeliness - Be able to get to work on time
 
Job Summary
  • Memorize daily specials, Know all Lunch and Dinner menu items, accommodate all guests request or guest needs as best as possible, know all of our signature cocktails and wine lists, be able to create new cocktails, have a knowledge of all drinks a guest could want, beer and wine knowledge
 
Responsibilities 
  • Arrive at work on time and prepared, know all menu items, know how to prepare all signature drinks, be able to describe wine and beer,  know how to use Toast system for orders, know how to use Tock reservation system, clean and do side work tasks daily & throughout shift
