Location
Greensburg, IN 47240 (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Initiate contacts through varied means of communication with clients regarding past due accounts. (20%)
- Manage an assigned block of accounts and handle all requirements during the time the account is in their possession. (20%
- )Create payment plans and courses of action to bring delinquent and default loans current. (10%)
- Work with clients through all stages of the Loss Mitigation process. (5%)
- Document all account developments on software servicing systems. (10%)
- Perform collateral valuations, refer repossessions, and other analysis work on defaulted and delinquent accounts. (5%)
- Enforce loan contracts and recommend appropriate actions to create a favorable outcome for the bank, such as foreclosure, forbearance, deferments, or extensions. (5%)
- Perform searches and skip tracing to locate hard-to-reach clients. (5%)
- Develop thorough knowledge of the First Financial Bank Purchase and Assumption Agreements for all FDIC engineered transactions. (5%)
- Gain a high level of familiarity with the Single Family Residential portion of the First Financial Bank acquired institutions and understand how to apply the Loss Share Agreements in varied situations. (10%)
- Maintain a working knowledge of both the Legacy and Covered Asset portfolios and understand the differences between the two. (5%)
Requirements
- 6 months of related experience
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work/education experience
- Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and demonstrates strong organizational skills
