Description:
· Supporting the desktop systems for AAA Video Game Development Studio. The role will consist of 30-40%_Incoming tickets and emails, 30-40% acting on the tickets, 20- 40% Supporting creating IT ops team.
Responsibilities:
- Support Desktop Hardware/Software troublehsooting
- General Break Fix support
- Hardware refreshes
- Work with IRT team on ticket triaging
- Support OPs with tier1 tickets
- Strong Customer Support Skills
- Handle user hardware onboarding / offboarding
- Support AAA Video Game Devkit Infrastructure
Requirements:
- Customer Service experience | 1-2 years
- Support Desktop Hardware/Software troubleshooting |1-2 years
- Ticket Management | 1-2 years
Compensation:
· $23-$25/hr (W2/Non-Exempt)
