Value Added Reseller (VAR) Cypress Solutions is looking for a motivated POS Software Technician for Remote Support Help Desk. Position is remote, but Technician should reside in Southern California. This position requires direct engagement with our customers as well as other members of the Cypress Solutions team.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Friendly and patient demeanor when dealing with customers
- Operating systems (Windows)
- Network connectivity and security (wired and wireless)
- Software troubleshooting
- PC/Windows Tablet Hardware (Troubleshooting)
Responsibilities:
- Daily interaction with customers to resolve OS, network, software, and hardware issues
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot Point of sale / PC / Computer Hardware/Peripherals
- Route solutions or repairs to Cypress or customer personnel as needed.
- Remote setup and configuration of Point Sale /PC
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
