Rapidly growing facility maintenance company provider of comprehensive maintenance services in Florida. We specialize in delivering top-notch maintenance solutions to commercial properties. With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we strive to ensure that every job is done efficiently and effectively. seeking experienced and dependable technicians to join our family. We perform many aspects of repairs for commercial buildings at various locations including plumbing, electrical, painting, etc. Some overnights are required, plenty of hours available for motivated individuals.
This job requires travel. Our company covers the entire state of Florida. We have part time and full time positions.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
- Maintain plumbing systems
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows)
- Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
Skills
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.-
- Solid knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.-
- Proficient in using hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.-
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.-
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
Job Type: Full-time
- A minimum of two years’ experience to include working in commercial repairs. Special consideration will be given to those who exhibit exemplary performance
- A valid driver’s license is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 55 – 75 per week
