What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Consultant - 360 Home Connect (Remote Possibility) position at d'aprile properties + Midwest Lending?
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Sales Consultants are the front lines of our company. You will be assigned 5-10 clients per day (more if you can handle it) and it is your responsibility to reach out and get their services connected. These clients are buying new homes and need help setting up their utilities, telecom, and other home services. These clients have already been told about our service and are waiting for your call.
If you have a strong sales background with great customer service skills this is a unique opportunity for you to capitalize on your skills. Instead of selling one specific product/service, you are educating consumers on services the client is already waiting for you to set up for them. Our consultants here at 360 Home Connect are provided with a compensation package that allows them to capitalize on warm leads with uncapped potential. Our bonus structure rewards you not only for sales but also for the quality of work you perform.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years in sales
- And/or 2 years in Account Management preferred
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Prior experience with a CRM
- Able to perform multiple different tasks at once
- Ability to author, execute and send professional emails – fast & efficiently
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Products
