Job Responsibilities
? Develop recruiting strategies and job postings to attract qualified applicants
? Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates
? Utilize various recruiting methods to identify the best talent
? Maintain recruiting records and databases
? Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements and qualifications
? Prepare offer letters and negotiate salaries
? Evaluate applicant qualifications and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers
? Maintain relationships with past and potential applicants
? Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
? Develop and implement strategies to attract passive candidates
? Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events
? Monitor industry trends and keep abreast of current recruiting practices
? Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Job Requirements
? Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Experience in recruitment and/or HR related roles
? Ability to source and attract top talent
? Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends
? Understanding of hiring processes and legal requirements
? Strong problem-solving skills
? Ability to multitask and prioritize
? Excellent organizational and time management skills
? Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
? High level of attention to detail
? Ability to maintain confidentiality
