JOB DESCRIPTION:
DK Global is the country’s premier litigation visuals firm. We specialize in 3D animated visual presentations for attorneys to use in demand packages, mediations, and trials. We are looking for an endlessly curious Communications Coordinator with an analytical and creative mindset to join the marketing department in our shared vision to make a positive difference in the lives of those seeking justice. This is an on-site position that will work at DK Global headquarters in Redlands, CA.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Communications Coordinator role is responsible for copywriting, content management, social media, and event logistics. You will also assist with customer service responsibilities. You will remain knowledgeable about DK Global’s customer base and competition. Ultimately, your goal is to help oversee and amplify the company’s brand identity and message.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Communications Coordinator's responsibilities primarily fall into four buckets: copywriting, social media and community management, event logistics, and customer service.
Copywriting
  • Write compelling articles for email and content marketing campaigns
  • Create social media post content aligning with our content calendar
  • Develop authentic and consistent messaging and strategic content for multiple external media outlets
  • Research, brainstorm, and compose voiceover narration scripts for both billable and marketing content
  • Review, proofread, and help edit written assets

Social Media & Community Management
  • Help develop DK Global’s online and offline social communities by maintaining promotional plans and online conversations
  • Monitor the company’s online presence, including social media, email campaigns, mail merges, e-blasts, case features and webinar participation to ensure that all online presence remains in line with the company’s brand and identity
  • Assist with production and distribution of multimedia content, including emails, podcasts, and direct mail

Event Logistics
  • Assist the marketing and sales teams with organizing, preparing for, and overseeing all company events such as trade shows, online events, webinars, and company-sponsored educational events.
  • Tasks include exhibit booth reservations, as well as booking flights, hotels, and transportation (rental car or ride-share)
  • Monitor inventory of promotional swag and place orders when new promotional items are needed
  • Forecast and monitor budgets and expenses for trade shows and events

Customer Service
  • Answer phone calls, screening callers and directing them to the most appropriate team members

You will also assist with the creation and management of long-term marketing plans, as well as collaborate with managers to identify trends and evaluate marketing effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, public relations, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Certification in Google Ads and knowledge of consumer and search engine marketing a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and engagement.
  • Exhibits conceptual knowledge of company identity, mission, and goals.
  • An ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
  • Ability to think both creatively and analytically.
  • Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
  • Project and budget management skills.
  • Responds well under pressure with strict time limits.
  • Quick and enthusiastic learner.
