Client Relations Specialist

We are hiring a Client Relations Specialist to join our team full-time. The Client Relations Specialist provides dedicated customer service support while communicating and accurately recording client and customer concerns. This position will require clear and professional communication skills and advanced troubleshooting abilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a partnership with customers to problem solve effectively, efficiently, and with maximum customer experience scores.

Daily duties:

  • Maintain a professional manner during all conversations with customers
  • Review customer transaction records
  • Provide sales support
  • Demonstrate solid troubleshooting skills when issues arise
  • Maintain a reliable working knowledge of customer information
  • Effectively handle a number of competing priorities

Required qualifications:

  • Customer satisfaction is at the core of what we do. Qualifying applicants will possess the following attributes that lend to their ability to succeed in this customer oriented role.
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer facing role
  • Strong computer literacy is required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via written and verbal channels
  • Excellent multi tasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,935.00 - $64,362.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: One location
