About You

As a contributor to our team, you will not only have direct exposure and also play a critical role in various high-profile transactions within Venture Capital, Private Equity Growth and buyout, and M&A. You will be at the intersection of Finance, technology, and Private Markets.

Each assignment team, led by a Partner, is a unique learning environment with 2 to 5 consultants. New Investments/Exits

As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis around the four (4) blocks of our AGI Methodology: revenue quality, growth quality, margin quality, and balance sheet strength through:

• Modeling and benchmarking company financials
• Dissecting data in customer cubes
• Q&A sessions with entrepreneurs / Management teams
• Understanding and challenging the impact of external factors such as generative AI on a company's growth trajectory.
  
  

Portfolio

You will work with entrepreneurs/management teams to help them build a rock-solid business with durable growth prospects by:

• Challenging the definition and their key metrics sets (e.g. recurring revenue)
• Building frameworks to track efficient growth
• Assessing and quantifying the impact of generative AI on their growth plans

Qualifications

• Business/engineering school or university
• Previous exposure (internships included) to M&A/Private Equity/Investment banking/Management Consulting.
• Experience/internship working with a CFO of a growth venture a plus
• Tech enthusiast
• Experience supporting project teams/relationships and client communications.
• Entrepreneurial and growth mindset a must
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative environment with a team spirit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills
