**Responsibilities**
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of a photography office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
· Handle phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
· Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the office including calendar management, scheduling and confirming appointments for photography sessions and events.
· Liaise with clients to understand their photography needs and preferences.
· Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients.
· Responding to incoming emails daily.
· Assist in training and development of office staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Process photography agreements.
· Draft Agreements and send to clients.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
**Skills**
· Experience in an administrative position.
