We are seeking a highly organized, multi-talented person to join our dynamic photography company and handle all administrative and creative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining our office operations, ensuring that our services in Event Photography run smoothly and efficiently. Reliability and Punctuality are key qualities we are looking for.

**Responsibilities**

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of a photography office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

· Handle phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.

· Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the office including calendar management, scheduling and confirming appointments for photography sessions and events.

· Liaise with clients to understand their photography needs and preferences.

· Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients.

· Responding to incoming emails daily.

· Assist in training and development of office staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.

· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Process photography agreements.

· Draft Agreements and send to clients.

· Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.

· Experience in an administrative position.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficient in using office software applications.

· Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management.

· Have reliable transportation for consistent local travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
