COMPENSATION
$17.50 based hourly rate Uncapped Performance-Based Bonuses
- Our average Call Center Agents are earning $1,200 every month on top of their hourly wage! While our top performers are exceeding $2,500 in just uncapped bonus potential!
OVERVIEW
- No Cold Calling & No Sales over the phone
- Scheduling appointments with homeowners for free estimates on their home improvement projects
- Follow up with previous customers that have visited our website/social media platforms for information, and/or inquired into getting a free estimate
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be 18 years or older
