- Paid comprehensive training where you will be taught our effective 6 step process on how to generate leads, how to effectively speak with homeowners, and the leadership skills you need to succeed
- Ability to speak with confidence to homeowners
- Act as the Manager for the day when the Manager is out
- Be able to motivate other Canvass teammates at all times
- Ensure all canvassing initiatives are executed in accordance with the assigned schedule when Manager is not out with the Canvass team
- Ability to set and achieve daily goal to make bonus- Our top canvassers made over $1,700 in bonuses last month alone!
Experience & Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous leader experience

General Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and execute logistical operations of canvassing initiatives including supervision, recruiting and scheduling
- Promote DaBella’s products to new and existing customers
- Ensure team hits lead generation goals to support outside sales division
- Ongoing department meetings and training-Provide working knowledge of eco-friendly, American made products and its benefits to the consumer
- Maintain company values and a quality presentation for lead generation
- Ensure all canvassing initiatives are executed in accordance with the assigned schedule
- Train and motivate canvassing team to exceed expectations by helping them hit their bonuses
Experience & Qualifications:
- 1-year management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- 2 years canvassing or door to door sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
