Status: Full Time
Compensation: $19-$21/hour
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing Project Assistant for our Eugene, OR location. This individual should be detail-oriented and able to juggle tasks amidst constant interruption.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general clerical and administrative support
- Must ensure customer service is upheld to the highest standards with consistent communication through the installation process
- Works with vendors, sub-contractors, customers, and sales team on multiple projects at a time to ensure project deadlines
- Coordinate install scheduling and logistics
- Perform other related duties as required
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- 3 years of recent professional office assistant/administrative experience
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications is a must.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to keep information highly confidential
- Must be well-organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff
- Project a professional demeanor always
