Join our Winona Campus team as a Client Care Specialist! Come work in beautiful Winona, MN and be part of strong team that loves creating a "Blow Your Mind, Gotta Tell My Friends About You" guest experience! You will receive ongoing peer training, specific CRM system training, and be under a strong leadership team that is driven to see you succeed. This sales support position on average pays $33,000-$45,000 annually.

Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to our guests questions via text, email, or phone.
- Provide guests with initial product information and help direct them to appropriate dealership resources.
- Help guests better utilize website tools to identify what finance options may be best for their needs.
- Work together with sales staff to stay in contact with our guests before, during, and after purchase process.
- Participate in team and process development sessions as we work to better our guest experience and serve them where they are in the purchase process.
- Utilize dealership tools to track opportunities, view the status of the purchase process, and to communicate with our guests in the manor they want to be communicated with.
- Utilize CRM systems that saves time and increases our effectiveness with guest communication daily.
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience.
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
- Prompt and courteous demeanor.
- Positive and hardworking personality.
- Strong computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
