Daicel Arbor Biosciences has a current opening for a Sales & Marketing Assistant. The selected candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including creating quotes, monitoring web chat, answering phones, managing confidential documentation, sales agreements, reporting analytics from marketing campaigns, among other duties. A high degree of organizational skills is essential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor phones, multiple email boxes and web chat for customer inquiries
- Refer customers to technical leads or sales team as needed
- Create quotes to support sales team
- Manage/update distributor sales agreements
- Coordinate execution of confidential documentation
- Assist marketing team with post-campaign analysis
- Manage marketing content files
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Must be highly organized and able to prioritize
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with clients and coworkers.
- Ability and desire to learn new software programs
EDUCATION:
Minimum: Associates Degree in business, marketing or a science related field
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or a science related field
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years of work experience in a sales-related or administrative role
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency with computers, database entry and spreadsheets is required
