Summary Responsible for leading the accurate and timely administration and operations of all grant, sponsorship, and research project activities that support DSI's mission to fund independent or partnered initiatives managed by Medical Affairs, triaging any open issues, and bringing forward proposed recommendations to the attention of the appropriate stakeholders and teams. Responsibilities - Perform and/or oversee the initial review of sponsorship, grant and other assigned project applications to analyze the necessary information needed for the decision, both within the Medical Proficiency Acceleration Center (MPAC), or when triaged to other offices who assist with the appropriate decision-making. Establish a Point-of-Contact relationship with applicants for collecting, discussing, and evaluating all information throughout the submission, implementation, and reconciliation of such requests. Accurately and efficiently process all administrative Letters of Agreement and payments in a timely manner. - Work across stakeholders to confirm sponsorship execution is on track. Measure and report outcomes and key insights of Corporate Sponsorships to all relevant stakeholders, at least bi-annually - Complete regular analyses related to the results of grant applicants and sponsorship programs. Utilize these reports to evaluate trends and identify strengths or anomalies to identify potential shifts in decision strategy as necessary. Make recommendations on potential process improvements to Senior Director, MPAC. - Lead-manage the application system and submission portal process, communicating potential discrepancies making recommendations on potential strategy changes to appropriate front-line manager. Regularly assess the relevant quality controls necessary for effective operations (i.e. Fair Market Value pricing of educational programs) in order to update internal guidance documents that are used in the grant and sponsorship decision-making process. Ensure that all required back-up documentation obligations are met in compliance with the terms and conditions of all supported agreements, and any resulting regulatory reports (Sunshine, etc.) that are necessary as a result of the grant and/or project. Independently tracking payments and preparing analytical reports for all reconciliations and Sunshine Reporting across the organization. Ensure the proper disbursement of corporate funds based upon the validated performance of these entities in accordance with the terms of the agreements and programs.
