Your key objectives will be to be primarily responsible for supporting our core business applications, activities including maintenance, administration, and second and third line support.

Job Description
About the role...
- Problem Solving in a dynamic environment.
- Provide timely communication to users on the status of their service requests and incidents when required.
- Ensure problem prevention methods are continually applied to improve service levels and reduce costs.
- Monitor the availability, performance and throughput of supported business systems.
- Prioritise and schedule, assigned support activities and tasks.
- Maintain business application support, technical documentation.
- Work closely with the Business Analyst and Developers where necessary to review and impact assess new business requirements.
- Implement, test and monitor required development changes in line with change implementation plans.
- Share knowledge and expertise with others, coaching and supporting team members as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your line manager or appropriate managers within the department.
- Ensure that all activities are performed at a consistently high standard with minimal risk to the Client, and that opportunities to improve services and processes are identified and actioned.
Qualifications
What do we need from you?
- Experience in Application Support or in a similar role.
- Experience in system administration and support of at least one of the following applications; Service NOW (required), Salesforce, CPQ tooling, Sage 1000, with the desire to upskill in knowledge gap areas.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to learn and master business software tools
- Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision
It would be advantageous (not essential) for you to have:
- Experience in Supporting Microsoft applications: O365/SharePoint Online/Azure
- Familiarity with the Agile development methodology
- Programming experience
