Paid Social Coordinator
The Paid Social Coordinator is the primary executor. This role requires someone who knows how to execute well on their channel, is resourceful enough to find answers to questions, and will see their projects through to completion. They help lead out builds in platform, work well beside other coordinators, and train coordinators when necessary.

Key Responsibilities and Results
- Execute and drive all builds on your platform - Driving the builds of campaigns in your platform which includes knowledge of your platforms audiences, campaign optimizations, budget, bid strategy, location targeting, attribution windows, website events, and all types of creative. This also includes consistently hitting deadlines and having things done by the dates that you are given.
- Working with other coordinators to complete projects - Work with the digital marketing coordinators on campaign builds, asana project management, and Google Data Studio reports. This will include teaching them how to use each of these platforms and helping to develop their skills in these platforms.
- Attend all team meetings and Contribute to/lead conversations when discussing campaign performance - Contribute your input based on your experiences in the platform. Giving updates on where we are with current projects and whether or not each project will hit the deadline that is set. Taking notes on information that could be beneficial for you and your platform.
- Daily campaign performance monitoring - Updating daily pacing reports every morning, monitoring daily campaign performance, and identifying potential wins/areas of opportunity to relay to the specialist.
- Grow as a digital marketer - Be able to understand the difference between each Paid channel, its use cases, lingo/terminology, reporting metrics and how users interact with each business line.
