What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center - Regional Credit Assistant position at Dal-Tile Corp.?
Dal-Tile is currently searching for an exceptional Call Center CSR - Regional Credit who is ready to provide extraordinary customer service and provide the ultimate Customer Experience, increasing solutions for our customers. This position contacts customer external customers to review overdue accounts.
Major Function and Scope:
- Completes high volume incoming credit and collection calls on overdue accounts.
- Researches and resolves customer chargebacks.
- Reconciles customer accounts and cash applications.
- Provides administrative support for assigned areas including, but not limited to -- aging reports, filing, correspondence, lien wavers, write-offs, account reconciliation, refunds, NSF checks, communication within and outside of the department, etc.
- Maintains all assigned accounts within established performance standards; actively participates and contributes to group quality improvement processes.
- Timely completion of lien and bond waivers and releases.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- High School Degree or GED.
- Familiarity with lien and bond waivers and releases is a must.
- Knowledge of lien laws is a plus.
- Moderate to advanced skills in MSWord and MSExcel.
- 1 or more years of hands-on analysis and collections experience.
- Cash Handling experience preferred.
- Proven ability to work as a member of a team.
Salary : $2,000 - $2,100
