The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and assisting with order fulfillment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Process orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus for catering to diverse customer needs

Skills:

- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel for data management
- Experience in cash handling and basic accounting principles
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers
- Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory levels
- Multilingual abilities to assist a wide range of customers
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transactions
- Knowledge of automotive repair services is advantageous
- Understanding of sales management principles for upselling opportunities
