What You'll Do:
- Properly label and tag incoming bar stock and put in correct inventory location identifies materials require for production
- Troubleshoot machinery problems and corrects operations deviations within ability
- Offer instruction and assistance to manufacturing employee as needed
- Spots deviations from product quality standards and directs corrective action immediately
- Maintain product manufacture within company standards for quality, timeliness and cost
- Directs and control workloads to ensure smooth operation and flow of product
- Investigate and document production production problems and employee complaints as needed
- Reports production and employee problems to management as needed
- Establish and monitors safety standards within the company guidelines for the manufacturing process
- Perform all plant functions to cover schedule work breaks
- Assign machine operators to various functions on a daily basis
- Supervise manufacturing employees to facilitate the manufacturing process
- Instruct manufacturing employees on work methods, company policy, procedures and related topics
- Performs other duties as assigned

What is required?
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
Hourly Pay: Depending on experience
