X-RITE PANTONE is the leader in color science and technology offering end-to-end solutions for the selection, communication, formulation, and production of consistent and achievable color.

THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Strategize, execute, and manage X-Rite's digital marketing strategies through search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. This includes conducting keyword research, content creation and optimization, and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns in achieving business goals.

This role can be 100% remote in the US or will be Hybrid if candidates are based near Grand Rapids, MI or Wood Dale, IL.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

.
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to leverage X-Rite.com to increase demand generation on the X-Rite.com website
.
• Manage a team of SiteCore content management specialists and dedicated web developers to drive the digital marketing roadmap
.
• Conduct keyword research and manage strategic keywords to conquer and defend rankings and page 1 equity on Google and Microsoft Bing.
.
• Partner with non-digital marketing and global marketing teams to produce high volume and quality of (translated) content to reach customers in all key growth markets
.
• Manage website support tickets to prioritize and complete content changes on the website, including but not limited to copy, image, and meta updates
.
• Own global PPC campaigns to grow and maintain high return on ad spend (ROAS) in partnership with global marketing team and PPC agency
.
• Apply best-in-class SEM and CRO techniques to optimize landing pages, ad campaigns, and budget allocation
.
• Build, update, and socialize digital marketing KPIs with reports and data analysis from Salesforce, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, BrightEdge, and more
.
• Audit the website and core landing pages to find technical SEO, SEM, and CRO opportunities and assign actions to owners - content creators, marketing specialists, and web developers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development teams, to ensure the success of digital marketing initiatives
.
• Stay current with the latest SEO, PPC, and CRO best practices, trends, and algorithms
.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns to management and cross-functional stakeholders
.
• Provide leadership and subject matter expertise to drive transformative changes to demand generation, eCommerce, new product launches, and other company-wide initiatives.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS:

.
• 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and PPC, preferably in B2B companies
.
• Experience managing global distributed team of content managers
.
• Proven track record of driving traffic and improving search engine rankings at scale through SEO
.
• Strong attention to detail in content and campaign management
.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.)
.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO and more.
.
• Experience working with SiteCore content management systems (CMS)
.
• Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS is required to audit website and make recommendations
.
