The New Company
On September 14, 2022, Danaher announced its intention to separate its Environmental & Applied Solutions segment to create an independent, publicly traded company. The new company will be called Veralto and will be comprised of an outstanding collection of market-leading brands in Danaher's Environmental and Applied Solutions (EAS) segment: Hach, ChemTreat, Trojan, OTT HydroMet, and McCrometer from Danaher's Water Quality Platform and Videojet, Esko, X-Rite Pantone and Linx from the Product Identification Platform.
The EAS segment generated revenue of approximately $4.8 billion in 2022 and has a global team of approximately 16,000 associates. About The Role
Your Responsibilities
Unlock your full potential as the Manager Talent Acquisition Operations! Join a Global Talent Acquisition Team where you will lead and support programs at the enterprise level for our Operating Companies.
This position is part of Talent Acquisition and will be located in Boston, MA area, onsite preferred with flexibility.
Your Experience
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage TA programs, to include TA technologies, Internal Recruitment process, TA Vendor Management (Agency/Search Firms), Candidate Travel and Expenses, the background check vendor program, and compliance.
- Manage ATS and CRM technologies (Workday & Phenom); manage TA enhancement process, support or lead Super User communities, design and update program guides on business processes, support HR and TA training needs.
- Manage and help drive improvements for the background check vendor program; provide day to day program management, manage escalations, run quarterly business reviews, manage reporting and KPIs, design or update HR and TA background check training, design or update program guides and supporting materials.
- Manage additional TA technologies, such as the LinkedIn enterprise program, day-to-day program management, quarterly business reviews and Recruiter LinkedIn trainings.
- Manage TA compliance and policies, such as GDPR, OFCCP, staffing agency guidelines.
- Lead our support specific yearly TA programs and priorities.
- Manage the selection assessment program for potential candidates.
Your Attributes
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years of HR or Talent Acquisition professional experience, ideally in a large corporate environment
- Experience managing large, complex programs or vendors, in the HR or Talent Acquisition space, to include setting and managing KPIs, developing process documents and training content and leading quarterly reviews.
- Knowledge of background check programs, legal requirements, and processes
- Experience with talent acquisition technologies and compliance requirements
