The Master Scheduler - North America Service Operations will be a part of the NACO Service Operations Team and report to the Director of Service Operations responsible for developing advanced models that flow from our PSI process through instrument delivery and installation at our customer sites. Forecasting demand, resourcing of projects, and identifying critical milestones in that process will be keys to success. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and related artifacts in compliance with applicable standards and policies. Align time phasing and resource plans with the IMS to provide an integrated technical, schedule, and resource/cost baseline and forecast/ETC for product installations
- Communicate effectively with field staff members, scheduling consultants, and clients to ensure accurate schedule development and updates. Serve as a subject matter expert in scheduling, assisting functional organizations and product teams with issue identification and resolution
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Commercial Sales Reps, Contracts, Senior Technical Personnel, Field Service Teams, and other stakeholders
- Apply Critical Path Method (CPM), Time Impact Analysis (TIA), and Risk Management methodologies to analyze and report on project schedules
- Identify major milestones, decision points, project lifecycle, and project events. Communicate significant schedule risks to staff and appropriate division personnel, taking necessary actions to mitigate risks
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 10 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 7 years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience leading Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or construction scheduling implementations
- Earned Value Professional (EVP) certification
- Advanced knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Project, Structured Solutions Inc. Tools for Microsoft Project, P6/P8, and other Scheduling and EVMS tools
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Working in a cross-functional global environment; Proactive with a curious attitude and able to thrive in the face of ambiguity
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment using innovative/strategic ideas/skills to adapt in a flexible and dynamic environment

The salary range for this role is $120,000-140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
