What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Operations Supervisor position at Danaher?
- Oversee day to day activities for the LBS Service Operations Support personnel.Dispatch of customer’s request for service including contract, demand, warranty and preventative maintenance calls as well as parts orders for the field service engineers.
- Oversee coordination of Instrument Installations between Demo team, Logistics companies (as needed), Sales and FSEs, especially critical at month/quarter end. Help process COIs as required by business rules.
- Oversee customer move requests with Service Management, Logistics and Customer.
- Ensure team daily team goal are met using daily management
- Assist and participate in Kaizen events as applicable and utilize other DBS tools as needed to further develop and refine team processes
- Openly and actively support business initiatives and change within the Service organization.
- Early adopter of change and supportive of company initiatives.
