This position is part of the Shipping/Receiving and Distribution department located in Fargo, ND and will be onsite. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Shipping/Receiving and Distribution team and report to the Shipping Manager.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Assist the Shipping Manager to oversee daily workflow of Shipping activities and ensure completion of scheduled tasks.
Perform data entry and peer review of Shipping documents for accuracy in accordance with procedures, standards, and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) requirements.
Assist in inspection and audit responses by providing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) references to the Quality Assurance (QA) audit team.
Review, revise, create and update standard operating procedures (SOP) as assigned.
Actively contribute to a team setting within the departments and across departmental work teams to: increase efficiency, solve problems, and generate cost savings.
Provides training and job coaching with staff to help them fulfill and exceed the requirements of the job.
Executes Corrective and Preventative Actions Executes Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) and deviations within defined timelines.
All employees are responsible for the general upkeep of work and shared spaces.
Punctual and regular attendance is required of all employees.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The essential requirements of the job include:
High school Diploma or GED
Knowledge of inventory software systems, and knowledge of excel to intermediate level.
Data management experience
