The Staff Engineer, Product Compliance is responsible for ensuring our chemical products comply with all relevant regulations and standards. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive significant impact in the organization, contribute to exciting projects, and experience continuous growth within our team.

This is a REMOTE position is part of the Product Compliance Group. Join us in realizing the vision of our team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Manage large, cross-functional projects independently with minimal supervision and guidance
  • Conduct regulatory assessments to ensure our chemical products comply with regional and international standards.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents and notifications to regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of product compliance documentation and data such as Safety Data Sheets and Product Labeling.
  • Monitor changes in chemical regulations and communicate updates to internal stakeholders. Investigate and resolve compliance issues or discrepancies.

The essential requirements of the job include:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of industry experience.
  • Knowledge of chemical regulations and standards, including REACH, GHS, CLP, and others.
  • Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools.
  • Certification in chemical product compliance or a related field.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
