Dance Studio Front Office

As Assistant to the Manager's Office and Relief Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support and customer service performing frontline reception duties, including the efficient handling of telephone calls and face-to-face interactions with members of the Dance Community. This role reports to the Office Manager. Dance background is not necessary, this is an office job. This is a part-time role, 15-18 hours per week; one full day and four part days. Hours will be 25 a week on August for management Time off.

Expected Schedule: As needed with short notice as well as covering for receptions expected leave. Monday to Saturday during working hours.

Days & hours: Shifts

15-18 hours per week; one full day and 4 part days. (Saturday is required)

August Hours: 3 weeks Management relief

Monday - Friday, 9:30am -12pm| 3:00-7:00pm Required, but flexible

Saturday, 9:30am- 12:00pm Required

Basic Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to speak English (required)

• 1-2 years in reception or customer service
• Computer skills (need to learn Mindbody Software)
• Team player with good interpersonal, communication and written skills
• Independent, requiring minimal guidance
• Has reliable transportation to be able to drive to/from our location
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Works good with children and adults
• Cleaning communal and office areas of the building to ensure the building remains clean, safe and welcoming for students, staff and parents.

Experience: (we will offer training for right candidate)

• Front office: 1 year (Preferred)
• MindBody POS: 1 year (Preferred)

The studio is sanitized every night and between classes. We provide masks, sanitizer and temperature check from everyone inside the studio.

Experience:

• MINDBODY Software: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
