About the Role

Dandy is hiring a Customer Onboarding & Training Coordinator to organize people and resources into inspiring onboarding experiences for new Dandy customers. Coordinators work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that every new customer is set up for success. 

What You'll Do

  • Build transformational relationships with a variety of customer stakeholders, including front desk staff, office managers, clinical leaders, and business leaders, each with unique needs and interests. 
  • Schedule a series of highly-customized onboarding sessions while getting each new Dandy customer setup for success as quickly and efficiently as possible. 
  • Collect and organize critical information from new customers, ensuring that Trainers and Account Managers have what they need to be successful. 
  • Facilitate calls with new practices to guide them through the process of setting up their new Dandy equipment.
  • Organize and facilitate kickoff calls between Account Managers and their new customers. 
  • Provide effective and appropriate feedback to peers and managers on a regular basis, both positive and constructive. 
  • Drive efficiency and trainer utilization through effective scheduling and communication. 
  • Create an easy and enjoyable experience for new customers through impeccable planning and customer service. 

What We're Looking For

  • 0-1 years of professional or internship work in a startup, big tech, consulting, or finance environment
  • Drive to ensure customer success and to create Dandy promoters with every customer interaction.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills. 
  • Desire to work in ambiguous, high velocity environments
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner 
  • Intellectual curiosity and research abilities

  • Experience working in a dental practice or lab
