About the Role
Dandy is hiring a manager of CX Dental Support to build client services infrastructure as we scale. This person will run and operate a team of dental assistants and live scan technicians. The team is currently 11 people today and will scale 3x, as we expect to grow our customer base by about 10x this year.
What You'll Do
- Build a foundation for tier 2 & live scan support for for our Dr practices that will scale through hypergrowth through existing CX platform and call features
- Hire and onboard a high-performing team to deliver a best in-class experience to our dental practice clients across the nation with 24/7 support
- Work closely to QC the team to ensure we are delivering best in class support
- Manage team coverage schedule and work with team to establish budget and best practices
- Collaborate with CX Management team to scale team, constantly iterating on best support structure
- Develop creative ways to surprise and delight our customers
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of dental team management, customer support or client service work, ideally at a fast paced tech platform
- Track record of success in building new operational processes and an ability to work through ambiguity
- Experience leading skill based teams of 15
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner when needed
- Experience using data to analyze performance and drive strategic decision making
