About the Role

As we grow out our go-to-market strategy, we’re hiring Field Account Executives to close deals, drive revenue, and build sales infrastructure to power the next stage of Dandy’s hypergrowth.

What You'll Do

  • Generate list of prospective dental practices and manage the sales cycle from initial call to close in person
  • Identify dentists' offices to drive new client acquisition
  • Be a key player and contributor to the direction of this growing sales team
  • Conduct demos and tailor solution to the clients needs
  • Educate and close dental practice clients
  • Leverage Salesforce to manage and meet high-level KPIs and revenue targets
  • Become a student of the dental industry and an expert on the Dandy value proposition
  • Partner with teams cross functionally to ensure that expectations are set during sales process are met in delivery
  • Be a key player & contributor to our hyper growth

What We're Looking For

  • 4 years of field sales closing experience in a high-growth environment
  • Experience canvassing & cold-calling in SMB with evidence of success preferred
  • Ability to punch through ambiguity & ramp quickly
  • Strong communication, organizational, & presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision making levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self motivated, creative, and flexible with the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn new sales concepts via rigorous trainings
  • Salesforce or other related CRM knowledge is a plus
  • Dental knowledge and/or SaaS experience is a plus
  • Overall track record of professional and academic success
