About the Role
Dandy is hiring an Onboarding Champion to lead the digital transformation of the dental industry by developing bespoke learning pathways for each new Dandy customer.
What You'll Do
- Organize and facilitate a transformational kick off call with new Dandy customers to begin their onboarding journey.
- Probe to uncover the unique needs of each new practice, identify risks to their digital transformation, and develop a bespoke onboarding journey that meets their needs and mitigates risk.
- Set expectations, build excitement, and drive engagement throughout the onboarding journey, creating Dandy promoters along the way.
- Marshal resources across Dandy to ensure the success of all new practices and coordinate the involvement of multiple stakeholders, including account executives, trainers, training coordinators, and account managers.
- Serve as a single point of contact for new practices, guiding them through their first 30-days of their relationship with Dandy.
- Leverage creative problem solving to overcome obstacles for new customers and ensure successful execution through careful planning, clear communication, and thoughtful documentation.
- Provide regular feedback and contribute to program improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, training, or account management
- Ability to structure interactions to align with people’s goals and motivations
- Proven track record of building and delivering solutions that surprise and delight customers
- Drive to ensure customer success and to create Dandy promoters with every customer interaction
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Desire to work in ambiguous, high velocity environments
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner
- Intellectual curiosity and research abilities
