We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Danfoss Power Solutions Americas Pricing Team. You will be part of the journey towards pricing excellence in Danfoss Power Solutions.
As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Danfoss Power Solutions Americas sales organization with pricing and all price-related topics. You will manage the quotation and rebates processes, support the implementation of global pricing projects and will be responsible for delivering on Pricing goals and KPIs. Additional tasks and responsibilities you can expect:
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Responsible for monitoring of quotations and rebate requests daily. Completing in cooperation with all stakeholders and in line with existing quotation guidelines, pricing strategies and approval matrix.
- Ensure cross-functional team collaboration to ease the price quoting process and facilitate agreements with Business Units where needed.
- Analyze incoming inquiries, support and consult with Sales to optimize price offers.
- Prepare price and margin analysis to support pricing decisions, identify price errors and leakages and ensure accurate and correct price master data.
- Support the implementation of global pricing projects.
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of pricing KPI’s, and highlight potential for improvements.
Background & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Good business and commercial understanding combined with customer-oriented thinking
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Well organized and able to deliver on tight deadlines
- Self-driven, result and quality oriented, and open-minded
