Contracts Specialist

The Contracts Specialist will provide and maintain a high standard of service to clients (both internal and external), coordinate review of contracts by all relevant stakeholders, facilitate all aspects of contract negotiation, provide strategic counsel, schedule and lead out in recurring training on contracting processes and policies, manage contracts related projects, and provide contracting guidance and oversight. The Contracts Specialist must be well organized with excellent written, oral, problem solving, and analytical and interpersonal skills. In addition, the Contracts Specialist must possess strong time management skills, with attention to detail, following through on projects and handling multiple tasks.
