The Director of Global Partner Transformation is a strategic role within DXI's Global Operations team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Transformation, who is a member of DXI Executive Committee. This role plays a crucial part in integrating new technologies, solutions and methodologies into DXI expertise globally.
The Director of Global Partner Transformation is responsible for evolving our partner strategy by combining deep expertise in secondary research—encompassing areas such as media monitoring, social listening, digital analytics, owned social management, influencer strategies, and media landscape intelligence—with transversal knowledge of new technologies and application of AI across our DXI business. This includes three distinct crafts, Human Intelligence (market research and insights), Predictive Intelligence (business science and advanced predictive analytics) and Performance Intelligence (audience insights, paid media, and integrated measurement).
This T-shaped role demands a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and relationship management skills to drive the success of DXI’s partner ecosystem, ensuring that our partnerships are both innovative and aligned with our long-term business goals.
PARTNERS STRATEGY:
- Vision and ambition: Lead the development and execution of DXI’s partners strategy, ensuring our roster aligns with our long-term goals and maintain our competitive edge in the industry.
- Strategic direction and priorities: Gather insights and identify needs to build a DXI partners’ strategy that will foster innovation, accelerate efficiencies and strengthen quality across teams.
- Identification and assessment: Spearhead initiatives with Edelman.AI team, DXI operations, DXI subject matter experts and client’s management teams, to actively identify, review and assess new vendors and solutions.
- Selection and integration: Develop business cases and lead the collective decision process with Edelman.ai to select the best partners and tools, ensuring ecosystem remains competitive and industry-leading, while minimizing overlaps and dependency.
- Continuous evolution: Regularly reassess and refine our partners’ strategy, staying ahead of industry trends and ensuring that DXI remains at the forefront of market research innovation and technology integration.
PARTNERS COLLABORATION MANAGEMENT:
- Main relationship contact: Serve as the primary relationship manager for DXI partners.
- Contract administration & negotiation: Partner with Edelman global procurement team on contract administration and negotiations with vendors.
- Ensure real-time issue resolution: Act as the escalation point for our internal team and vendors for any concerns that may arise and provides active management for prompt resolution.
- Maximize end-users’ satisfaction: Establish feedback loops to proactively gather experiences from internal teams and ensure that partner strategies and operations are aligned with their needs and expectations.
- Solutions documentation: Ensure comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of all solutions. This includes creating and maintaining product overviews, pros and cons, training materials, and detailed use cases. Regularly update these documents to reflect new features, emerging use cases, and market changes.
- Usage tracking & adjustments: Monitor on-going partners usage to ensure they align with DXI’s strategic goals.
- Strengthen partners relationships: Schedule regular cadence of meetings, sometimes in person, to share feedback from users and discuss strategic opportunities
- Monitoring partners operations: Co-lead the oversight and management of the media monitoring partner supporting our white-labeled tool, the Command Center
- Operations: Provide oversight to the Command Center operations lead and regional champions, to ensure accurate data management and to disseminate new updates to end users.
- Commercial lead: Oversee operations and volume reporting. Attend biweekly meetings with the partner Customer Success Manager (CSM) to stay updated on the latest tool developments and support trends.
- Consultation on tools & pricing: Provide consultation on tools and pricing strategies to ensure optimal usage and value.
- Main escalation point: Serve as the main escalation point for partner’s issues. Act as a liaison between end users and vendor’s support, ensuring clear communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Resource Development: Identify common support issues and trends from ticket/request data. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of FAQs, how-to guides, and troubleshooting tips for self-service issue resolution.
ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Legal & contractual liaison: Coordinate with legal, contracts and compliance teams on any contractual or privacy-related issues
- Vendor Management System (VMS) setup & approval: Oversee the setup of all new DXI vendors in the VMS, to ensure timely approval and integration into the Global Finance System (GFS).
- Tools budget involvement: Participate in monthly tools budget and chargeback meetings. Assist in the tools budget process and distribute responsibilities among DXI crafts.
- Invoice escalation & payment management: manage invoice escalations and ensure on-time payments, with a focus on continuous improvement in the project allocation processes.
- Receipt management: Ensure prompt collection and structured storage of receipts
- Audit coordination: Oversee audit requests, working closely with appropriate internal departments, such as Accounts Payable (AP), to ensure timely completion.
- IT & procurement liaison: Act as the liaison between DXI and IT/procurement teams, ensuring that technology and procurement needs are met effectively.
- PR council representation: Represent DXI in the PR Council, attending quarterly meetings and handling incoming requests.
- Social responsibility: Support supplier diversity goals and sustainable procurement initiative in coordination with the Global Procurement team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 5 years of experience in partner management, vendor relations, or a related field, preferably in a global role within market research companies, media and social monitoring solutions, or communication agencies.
- Location: Eastern Time zone; North America (US or Canada)
- Strategic thinking: Capable of aligning process improvements with broader business objectives, ensuring that operational efficiency translates into strategic advantage.
- Leadership: Proven ability to work with high-performing teams and drive cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
- Organizational excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously, with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
- Process-oriented mindset: Strong aptitude for developing, implementing, and optimizing processes that enhance efficiency and ensure consistency across all activities.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information and collaborate effectively across teams.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree minimum; master's degree preferred.
$86,000 - $135,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
