What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst, HR Administration position at Danone?
The Analyst, HR Administration is a front line team member that under general supervision processes HR events to support the employee lifecycle from hire through retire for an employee population of approximately 6000 employees in the United States and Canada while ensuring the quality of the company’s employee master data.
Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of HR transaction events within the companies HR Technology systems following defined processes and procedures. Ensure an efficient flow of transactions is maintained and worked is conducted in the most logical way possible. Uses tools such a business process workflows and HR CRM system to follow up with employees, managers, and HR business partners where needed. Monitors automatic data processing tools to ensure all target systems are up to date.
- Maintains adherence to service level agreements with business stakeholders including employees, manager, and HR related to transaction processing. Flags transactions that are problematic to the appropriate stakeholders and works to achieve prompt resolution of any issues. Escalates issues to management for resolution as needed.
- Coordinate routine auditing and monitoring of employee master data sets as assigned to ensure a high quality and accuracy of employee master data. Work with stakeholders to address data issues or errors when they are detected.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR Business partners as a subject matter expert for HR administration topics, maintains a strong customer service orientation with all stakeholders. May conduct training and change management communications when new or improved processes are launched to business stakeholders.
- Participate as an engaged stakeholder in continuous improvement efforts to find opportunities to leverage technology and continuous improvement to reduce transaction processing times, manual intervention, data requirements, and improve opportunities for employee and manager self-service.
- Business process owner for employee master data controls and procedures. Ensures operations of the HR Administration team and its stakeholders are always audit-ready and in full compliance. Develops procedures and processes to audit the accuracy and quality of employee master data. Partners with business stakeholders to routinely audit and eradicate any data errors to ensure the employee master data is of a high quality and can be used reliability.
- All other duties as assigned.
- You will have at least 2 years of progressive experience supporting high volume HR transactional processes with a diverse employee population. Relevant experience includes roles supporting Payroll, HR Shared Services, Employee Transaction Management, or similar.
- You have strong attention to detail, has ability to rapidly review transactional information for completeness and correct any potential issues within defined guidelines or process. Self-audits works to ensure accuracy.
- You have proven ability to organize high volume of work in a logical way to ensure the most efficient processing of information and adherence to a service level agreement.
- You will have working knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and procedures and applicable HR laws.
- You have strong customer service orientation. Proven ability to interact with employees, managers, and HR partners to manage transactional information.
- You have working knowledge of HR Technology, HR CRM systems, and HRIS systems Prior experience with Ceridian Dayforce and Dovetail HR CRM in helpful.
- You have basic proficiency in using MS Excel to review and audit large amounts of data. Ability to manipulate, sort, organize and use basic formulas within spreadsheets required.
