What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Analyst - Operations position at Danone?
Our Finance team works with teams across the company to ensure Danone continues to grow. By joining our Finance team, you will anticipate and evaluate the financial impact of decisions and find the right way forward. We are currently looking to hire a Finance Analyst based in either Boise, Idaho or Broomfield, Colorado!
- You will provide analytical support on financial performance, supporting the operations team in understanding and managing their expenses through the performance of variance analysis. Your high-quality commentary will help communicate performance drivers and root causes of variance.
- You will support the forecasting process, actively participating in the development of the monthly forecast.
- You will support cost of sales related reporting, such as customer and product line financial statements.
- You will support the operations' group decision making with financial preparations for business cases, guiding the business to decisions which support long- and short-term financial objectives.
- You will support the innovation process through development of COGS preparations which assess likely cost of product.
About you
- You have a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- You have previous exposure to operations/manufacturing controlling.
- You have experience with standard cost accounting and variance analysis.
- You think systematically, have expert analytical skills, & can deal with big data sets.
- You have Expert Excel skills, with the proven ability to produce high end work products suitable for analysis.
- You can manage high complexity, numerous projects, and can set proper priorities.
The base compensation range for this position is $68k-80k.
