What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Financial Analyst position at Danone?
As Danone continues to use Third Party Manufacturers for production to meet increased demand and as the market continues to experience supply chain challenges and commodity fluctuations, we are looking for a Supply Chain Financial Analyst to help analyze and forecast Danone's CoMan costs based on contract terms and commodity costs. Minimum requirements for this role are 1) strong excel experience, 2) curiosity and 3) ability to think independently and take initiative.
- Managing and improving commodity and input price tracking for finished goods purchased from Danone's network of Contract Manufacturers
- Coordinating and tracking achievement of key contract financial commitments and partnering with stakeholders to action against any gaps
- Analyzing operational waste at Contract Manufacturers and identifying opportunities to improve sustainable manufacturing practices and landed cost
- Assisting Manager of Finance in managing 12-month rolling forecast process for Danone North America's US Contract Manufacturing spend, including but not limited to annual standard setting, forecasting cost components, and developing risks and opportunities
- Continuously working to streamline, automate and improve reporting and processes
- You will have a bachelor's degree
- You will have 2 years of finance experience, preferably in the CPG industry
- You will have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- You are curious, and enjoy analyzing the details and solving problems
- You are a results-oriented self-starter who takes initiative to optimize deliverables and meet deadlines
- You are excited to think independently and influence the decision-making process
- You have strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills and enjoy working in a team environment

The base compensation range for this position is $80-85k.
