About the Role : Imagine yourself as an SWD Operator, responsible for maintaining records for daily reports, performing maintenance on pumps and other equipment with minimal or no supervision.

This role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of Salt Water Disposal (SWD) facilities.

Responsibilities :

Operational Activity :

• Clean out SWD filter baskets on the pumps and offload locations.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with truck drivers.
• Check loads to ensure the fluid is acceptable for disposal.
• Proactively monitor water levels at site to ensure tanks are within their operating parameters.
• Conduct daily inspection of equipment and facility operating functions.
• Perform necessary preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor and account for skim oil volumes removed from the facility.
• Track pump pressures.
• Coordinate with trucking companies on the delivery of saltwater.
• Monitor drivers for proper procedures and the use of personal protection equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment at all times.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and saltwater disposal requirements.
• Report safety and environmental issues to management.

• Understanding of the importance of environmental and safe work practices.

Minimum Qualifications :

• years of Salt-Water Disposal Operator experience or Maintenance Roustabout / Pusher experience specific to Centrifugal, triplex, and H Pumps, etc.
• Must be knowledgeable with O&G Production Operations.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of PD pumps, Quinniplex pumps, H pumps, & Centrifugal pumps and working oil.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (familiarity with Microsoft Excel) and simple mathematical calculations.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.
